Do not send returns/purchases back for refund/exchange prior to receiving confirmation from Highridge Honey.
Trade show purchases are store credit or exchange ONLY, no refunds will be given
*items then purchased with a store credit will be final sale
Online purchases can qualify for returns within a 20 day period, original tags on & new condition. They have to be agreed upon and approved by staff before sent/returned.
*Highridge Honey holds the right to deny a return
*we also hold the right to refuse any packages sent to us for return/refund that don’t comply with our policies or we’re not approved by staff
ALL sale items & accessories are FINAL sale
If return is agreed upon, return shipping is at buyers cost
-please allow 5-10 business days to process return & issue either refund or store credit. Stat holidays are not included in this time frame
